Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after payment.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

We offer refunds in the following cases:

• Full refund if you do not receive your order

• Full refund if your order does not arrive within 45 business days (excluding 2–5 business days processing)

• Full or partial refund if the item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description

Photo or video evidence may be required before issuing a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available if:

• Incorrect shipping address was provided

• Delivery delays caused by customs, courier issues, or natural events beyond our control

Returns

In most cases, returns are not required.

If a return is approved:

• You will receive return instructions

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

• Items must be unused and in original condition

Refund Timeframe

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
